We suggest a $10 donation for clinic visits. A $30 donation is suggested for adult (18 and older) job or school physicals. |
As most of you know, we’ve worked with the Department of Health (DOH) for many years promoting the NY State of Health program through the career centers. Together, we help provide the uninsured the information they need to enroll in health coverage.  Now more than ever, New Yorkers should be informed of the health coverage options available to them. This PDF contains basic information for referrals to NY State of Health, including a link to the electronic rack card in multiple languages. |
